Schedule, Six Pack, and Plans

Well so I know this is a ways away, but I have worked out my training schedule for the full marathon I am running in June, starting my training where I leave off after the half in Nov. So here's that. I am running the Utah Valley Marathon most likely and I would like to finish it in at least 5 hours, which is a little faster than I five mph hour pace. With any luck I will do better than that though. My short runs during the week I'm going to mainly be focusing on getting my speed built up a little while the long runs will be focusing on endurance. It's kinda funny how my short runs will be the same as my long runs used to be... I'm so excited to finally be that girl!! I just need to start getting a six pack and then we will really be in business!!
